For domestic orders, your first issue typically arrives within 4 to 6 weeks. International shipping may take 8 to 12 weeks depending on the publisher's cycle.
How can I update my shipping address?
You can update your delivery details through your account dashboard. Please note that address changes must be made at least 3 weeks before the next issue's ship date to ensure delivery.
Do you offer digital access with print subscriptions?
Many of our fashion titles include complimentary digital access. Check the specific product page of your chosen magazine to see if a digital version is included in your plan.
What is your refund policy for canceled subscriptions?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. We provide a pro-rated refund for all remaining undelivered issues in your billing cycle.
What should I do if my magazine arrives damaged?
We take pride in our packaging, but if an issue arrives torn or damaged, please contact our support team within 7 days with a photo of the cover to receive a replacement copy.
